YOUTH DEVELOPMENT MINISTRIES

Our main objective is that there be no gaps from birth-adulthood, we believe God is in the business of building bridges. We don't want any of our children or teens to slip through the cracks. From our curriculum to our calendar, we will strive to make the transition from infancy - elementary - middle school - high school - adulthood, a smooth one. The stats say that we are losing 70 - 90% of all graduating seniors. This is not because a decision is made after they graduate, but a group of decisions made starting as early as age 8. Our Youth will learn at an early age to Love God, Love Others, and Serve Both, and they will have opportunities to use their gifts and serve as soon as they are ready. This is a huge task, but an exciting one!

How do we do this?

On Sunday mornings…9 and 11am
Temple's Nursery from birth - 3 yr olds and Kid's Chapel for 4-6yr olds is where our children learn to Love God, by getting to know who He is and all that He has done for us.

Temple's Preacher's Pals is geared towards 7-12 yr olds. We believe that these children learn to Love God most by being part of our Worship Service. They learn to pay attention to the message and worship by seeing mom and dad worship. They are rewarded for their efforts.

On Sunday nights….4:30-6pm
Temple's Awana Ministry is where children learn to
Love Others by building relationships with their peers in a small group setting while diving into the scripture and applying it to their lives.
Temple's 24/7 Teen Ministry is where our teens learn to Love Others. A typical night of 24/7 if filled with skits, fellowship, a Bible study from the Awana curriculum, and breaking into small groups for praises, prayer requests, scripture memory and lesson discussion.

On Wednesday nights….6:30-8pm
Temple's Word Alive Sign Team is one way our youth are learning to Serve Both God and man. Word Alive is a instrumental part of Temple's Worship. Word Alive also loves to reach out into the community every chance they get to share the Love of God through sign worship.
