YOUTH DEVELOPMENT MINISTRIES

Our Youth Development Ministry staff sincerely desires to make your child feel special. We also try very hard to make Children's Ministry relevant, fun, and life changing for all ages. We do everything possible to ensure your child enjoys their learning and worship experience. At Temple we strive to build each child from infant to young adults by keeping the process simple and consistent. Each step a child takes in the growth process builds on the previous step.

Each week your child will have several different opportunities to choose from. On Sundays we have Nursery for children infant to 3 years old, and Kids Chapel for children 4-6 years old. For the older kids we have a program called Preacher's Pals which rewards children 7 and up for taking notes during the worship services. On Sunday afternoon we have AWANA for kids 2-12, and 24/7 for teenagers. AWANA starts at 4:30 each week. A special ministry here at Temple is the Word Alive Team. This is a group of teenagers that sign to powerful Christian songs during many worship services, as well as revivals, retreats, and other events.
